Yes, Label Marbélla is an exclusive brand. We only sell clothing designed and produced by our brand, ensuring unique style and quality.
Where are your products designed?
All products are exclusively designed under the creative direction of in-house designers and the Label Marbélla team.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We operate strictly on an advance payment only model. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) or any post-delivery payment methods. We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and other secure digital wallets via our payment gateway.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All advance payments are processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment gateways. Label Marbélla does not store your sensitive financial information.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed immediately upon successful confirmation of your advance payment.
Shipping & Delivery
What are your shipping timelines?
Processing generally takes 7 business days. Shipping timelines vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout (Standard or Express). Detailed estimates are provided on our Shipping Policy page.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier's website.
Returns, Exchanges, and Sizing
What is your return and exchange policy?
At Label Marbélla, we operate under a Final Sale policy to maintain the exclusivity of our limited-edition collections. However, we do offer returns and exchanges on eligible items under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Requests must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.
- Returns: A restocking fee of ₹150 per item is applied to all returns (deducted from your refund) to support our eco-friendly initiatives.
- Exchanges: * Your first size or style exchange is free.A second exchange (size only) is permitted for a fee of ₹250.A maximum of two exchanges is allowed per order.
- Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on Clearance items, Customized outfits, Gift Card purchases, or International orders.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Processing: It takes 5 business days for us to process your refund.
- Bank Credit: Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We maintain strict quality control, but if your order is damaged during transit, has a manufacturing defect, or if you received the wrong item, we will make it right:
- Report within 48 hours: You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and proof of the issue.
- Free Replacement: Once verified, we will replace the item at no extra cost to you.
- Note: Requests made after the 48-hour window will unfortunately not be eligible for replacement.
